Coho’s products are carefully made by hand in Hong Kong and inspected before shipping. Because of hand craftsmanship and our unique material choices, slight irregularities may occur. We do not consider minor markings or inconsistency in leather texture or colour as constituting a flaw. In the unfortunate situation in which the product does not meet your expectation. Please contact us ASAP to arrange an exchange or return.
Exchange and Returns
We would like communication of notice within 14 days of receipt of goods regarding the return so we can prepare for it, but we want you to feel comfortable buying from us and we are more than happy to be flexible receiving returns during this trying time. We will of course refund as soon as we receive the returned items.

All items must be returned new, unused, in the original packaging within 14 days of receipt.
