Can I change some details?

We accept customised orders because all our products are custom and handmade. If you have an idea for customising the case or strap, we will do our best to work with that. Please order by sending us an email with our product that you want to base your customisation on, with the details you want to alter. Then, we will quote you a production time and price.

Is it available if I cannot see my phone model on the list?

There are some phone models we can produce but cannot include in the selection bar due to website limitations. Please email us with the style you like and your phone model if you cannot find it. We will let you know if we can make it.

Our products include world wide free shipping!

Free shipping (7-14 working days by air with Hong Kong Post). For territories like Russia, Brazil and Mexico, might take longer.

Fast Express Shipping with FedEx (3-5 working days) is available for US$20.

Do I have to pay custom duties and import fees outside of Hong Kong?

Items in your order that are designated for shipment to countries outside of Hong Kong may be subject to taxes, customs duties and fees levied by the destination country (“Import Fees”). 

The recipient of the shipment is the importer of record in the destination country and is responsible for all Import Fees.

If you refuse a shipment from Coho, you are responsible for the original shipping charges, any Import Fees that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Coho. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund.
